Arthur Edeet is a seasoned finance professional with over twelve years of experience across financial services, insurance, audit, and healthcare, currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at C-Care Uganda, where he leads the financial and risk strategies across the group’s four subsidiaries, focusing on financial sustainability, compliance, operational efficiency, and delivering long-term value and growth.
In his years of experience, Arthur has combined strategic insight with operational excellence, guiding organizations through complex financial landscapes while ensuring rigorous governance, robust internal controls, and effective risk management. Before joining C-Care Uganda, he served in senior financial leadership roles at UAP Old Mutual Uganda, where he oversaw general insurance and property operations, managed financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance, and led teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights.
Arthur’s expertise extends beyond finance operations into strategic leadership. He has a track record of using financial insights to support business decision-making, drive efficiency, and foster sustainable growth. His experience spans financial planning and analysis, cash flow and investment oversight, audit compliance, governance, and strategic business support, making him a trusted advisor to executives and boards alike.

Arthur is a qualified accountant, he holds FCCA and CPA certifications, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Accounting and Business Management from the University of East London. He has also participated in the CFO Leadership Academy at MAT Abacus Business School and earned a Certificate in Insurance from the Insurance Training College, underscoring his commitment to continuous professional development.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Arthur serves as Treasurer and Trustee on the Board of United Social Ventures, where he oversees financial governance and compliance, demonstrating his dedication to social impact and good governance.
