Pentera appoints Hagit Ynon as Chief Financial Officer

Pentera, the market leader in AI-powered security validation solutions, has announced the appointment of Hagit Ynon as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Ynon brings more than 25 years of extensive financial leadership experience to Pentera. Most recently, she served as CFO of WalkMe, where she played a key role in leading the company’s successful IPO on the Nasdaq and its subsequent $1.5 billion acquisition by SAP.

Before WalkMe, she spent nearly two decades at NICE Systems, rising to the position of Vice President of Finance. She began her career at PwC and is a certified public accountant.

In her new role at Pentera, Ynon will oversee the company’s Finance, IT, Legal, and Revenue Operations functions. She joins at a significant growth phase for the organisation, which has already surpassed $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), raised over $250 million in total funding, and established a presence in 20 countries.
