Procter & Gamble Health has appointed Shashank Srowthy as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2025. A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Pune University and a master’s in management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, he has delivered exceptional results for multiple P&G businesses.
The company announced that Srowthy will serve as Additional Director until the upcoming Annual General Meeting. His appointment as Executive Director is pending approval from the Central Government under Section 196 of the Companies Act, 2013, and shareholder consent, as stated in a stock exchange filing.
