Before joining Vista, Boubé was Senior Financial Controller at Groupe Orabank in Lomé. Over nearly six years, he honed his skills in financial oversight, ensuring robust control systems and strategic forecasting. His tenure at Orabank solidified his reputation for precision and strategic financial planning.
Boubé served as a Senior Financial Auditor at KPMG, where he implemented risk-based audit approaches and assessed internal control systems. Specializing in audits of consolidated accounts and financial institutions, he demonstrated a strong command of UMOA banking regulations. Boubé also coached and supervised teams of two to three members, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
