Dlamini, a seasoned financial strategist, serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of First National Bank (FNB) Eswatini.
At FNB Eswatini, he spearheads the strategic finance function, aligning financial strategies with the bank’s broader objectives as set by the Board of Directors. Reporting directly to the CEO, Dlamini provides critical support to the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and the Board, ensuring robust financial resource management and insightful analysis of core business drivers.
Before joining FNB, Dlamini served as CFO at Oracle Insurance Eswatini, where he oversaw finance and compliance for life, health, and short-term insurance products. His tenure was marked by strategic collaboration with the Executive Committee to shape the company’s vision, foster stakeholder relationships, and drive growth through organic and acquisition strategies. As Company Secretary to the Board, he partnered with the CEO to deliver data-driven recommendations, enhancing decision-making and positioning Oracle Insurance for sustainable success.

Dlamini’s earlier role as CFO at Momentum Group Limited in Mbabane, further solidified his expertise in financial strategy. Over six years, he led the finance and compliance functions, advising on long-term strategies for life, health, and short-term insurance. His work with the Executive Committee focused on cultivating alliances and pursuing growth opportunities, contributing to the organization’s strategic vision and operational resilience.
His career began with foundational roles that honed his technical and leadership skills. As Product Accountant at Old Mutual Eswatini , Dlamini implemented accounting processes and controls, driving product profitability analysis. Prior to that, he served as Income Tax Manager at the Eswatini Revenue Service , overseeing nationwide income tax field operations. His early career as an Audit Supervisor at PwC in Mbabane from laid a strong foundation in financial oversight and compliance.
