With over 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and operations across banking, consulting, public sector advisory, and financial institutions in the UK and Nigeria, Queen Ehi-Uujamhan, Group Chief Financial Officer at Norrenberger, brings a customer-centric, proactive approach to fiscal management and strategic oversight.
Ehi-Uujamhan’s career trajectory demonstrates consistent advancement: beginning in human resources operations and personal financial consulting at Standard Chartered Bank, she progressed through collections advisory and business analysis roles at HSBC Bank Plc in the UK, where she contributed to multibillion-pound projects, including as Project Coordinator for ring-fenced banking initiatives.
She then served as a Financial Management Associate at Ernst & Young, honing expertise in financial reporting and advisory services. Queen later held leadership positions, including Director of Projects at Oska-jo & Partners Ltd and Special Advisor at Nigeria’s Debt Management Office, focusing on project finance, fiscal strategy, and public-sector debt management.
Since joining Norrenberger initially as Head of Finance and Operations, Ehi-Uujamhan advanced to Group Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she oversees the Group’s finance and operations functions, driving innovative financial management, budgeting, reporting, and operational efficiency across diverse services.

Her tenure has coincided with key milestones, including the successful launch and expansion of Norrenberger’s Lagos branch, where she has underscored the strategic importance of regional growth and client-focused media engagements.
Ehi-Uujamhan is recognized for championing finance as a strategic partner beyond numbers, empowering teams, supporting women’s entrepreneurship through initiatives like She-EO Abuja, and fostering inclusive leadership and diversity in the financial sector.

She holds a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin and an MBA from the University of Warwick. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute for IT (British Computer Society).
