Nshekanabo served as Manager of the Finance Help Desk, where he streamlined financial processes and enhanced service delivery across the bank’s operations.

Nshekanabo was appointed Director of Finance, a role he held for over seven years. During this period, he played a pivotal role in strengthening CRDB’s financial framework, overseeing budgeting, reporting, and compliance, which positioned the bank for sustained profitability.
