Mishra was Finance and Control Director at Nestlé Bangladesh Limited , where he strengthened financial operations and supported sustainable growth. , he served as Head of Corporate Decision Support and Financial Planning & Analysis for Nestlé India, guiding strategic initiatives in South Asia. His role as Business Co-Pilot for Nestlé’s Strategic Business Unit in India saw him drive portfolio management and operational excellence.

Mishra’s global experience includes serving as Operations Controller for Nestlé Nutrition in the Middle East and Africa in Dubai, where he optimized financial processes across the region. Earlier, as Head of Cost Management and Business Analyst for Shelf Stable & Chilled Dairy & Nutrition at Nestlé India, he spearheaded financial analysis, scenario planning, and Capex strategies, supporting new product launches and competitive benchmarking.
Beginning his career at Nestlé India , Mishra held multiple roles in accounts, manufacturing, and costing across Moga and Gurugram, building a strong foundation in operational finance.
