Bouet will transition to the Board of Directors of Rothschild & Co Bank AG effective January 1, 2025.

Patrick Eisenring, currently serving as Finance Director for Wealth Management Switzerland and International Subsidiaries, has been appointed as the new CFO and a member of the Executive Committee, effective January 1, 2025. Laurent Gagnebin, CEO of Rothschild & Co’s Wealth Management business in Switzerland, praised the appointment, stating, “In Patrick Eisenring, we have found the best possible successor to Christian Bouet. His years of experience within our Bank have made him familiar with our processes and systems, making him an excellent complement to our Executive Committee. We are also grateful to Christian for his contributions and achievements over the years as CFO of our Bank, and we look forward to continued collaboration.”
