Tate & Lyle PLC has announced the appointment of Sarah Kuijlaars as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board, effective 16 September 2024.
Sarah Kuijlaars brings extensive international finance leadership experience to her new role. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer at De Beers Group and Arcadis NV. Before that, she was the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Rolls-Royce Holdings plc and spent 25 years at Shell plc in various senior finance leadership roles. Currently, she is a non-executive director of Inchcape plc.
Sarah succeeds Dawn Allen, who, as announced on 24 April 2024, will be stepping down from her role as Chief Financial Officer at Tate & Lyle to become the CFO of Haleon plc. Dawn will officially leave her role at Tate & Lyle on 15 September 2024, but will remain with the company until late October to ensure a smooth transition.
