Jauque Jansen is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in Namibia’s mining and financial industries. Since his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Debmarine Namibia , he has played a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial operations and guiding the fiscal direction of Namdeb Holdings.
In this capacity, Jauque is responsible for ensuring sound financial governance and sustainability for one of the country’s premier marine diamond mining enterprises. As a key member of the executive leadership team, his strategic financial acumen contributes significantly to the organization’s overall performance and long-term growth.

Jansen has served as a Board Member of the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA), guiding its strategic direction. As Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee, he champions risk management and governance, reinforcing NAMFISA’s commitment to regulatory excellence.
Jansen ’s extensive experience includes a five-year tenure as Senior Financial Manager at Namdeb Diamond Corporation, where he managed finance, supply chain, and IT functions while providing critical financial insights to the executive team. Before this, he served as Head of Department Finance at Swakop Uranium, overseeing management accounting, financial accounting, and treasury operations.

Jansen was Finance Manager at Namdeb, leading the full finance function, including financial reporting, cost control, supply chain, and information management, while contributing to strategy formulation as part of the general management team.
Earlier, he held roles at Namdeb Diamond Corporation as Group Financial Accountant and Financial Accountant , managing financial reporting, group consolidations, and treasury operations. His career began as Chief Management Accountant at Rosh Pinah Zinc Corporation.
