Haldane McCall Plc has appointed Mr. Ojewande Adekunle as its new Finance Director,. The announcement was made in a disclosure to the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) , signed by the company’s secretary, Oyewole Olurin.
According to the company, the appointment aligns with its commitment to strengthening governance practices and diversifying its leadership team.
“We look forward to his contributions as we work towards our goal of improving our position in the Nigerian real estate market,” the board stated.

Ojewande brings over 30 years of experience in finance, with expertise in accounting, financial management, taxation, risk control, and business leadership. He holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance from Obafemi Awolowo University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ambrose Alli University. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and has certifications in taxation, personnel management, and corporate governance.
Before joining Haldane McCall Plc, Ojewande served as Regional Finance Manager at Seven-Up Bottling Company, where he later rose to the position of Acting General Manager. His tenure at Seven-Up focused on financial planning, cost control, and operational efficiency. He has also worked with multinational corporations such as Unilever Plc, contributing to finance and risk management operations.
