Procter & Gamble has appointed Robert Ndonga as Finance Director for the Gulf region, marking a significant leadership milestone in his extensive career with the global consumer goods company.
Ndonga steps into the role with a deep and progressive track record in financial leadership across Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Over the course of more than a decade at Procter & Gamble, he has held successive senior finance positions that have spanned product categories, supply chains and high-growth markets.
His most recent responsibilities included serving as Finance Director for Product Supply across India, the Middle East and Africa within the Fabric Care business, as well as earlier leadership of finance for the Grooming category across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
Before these regional director roles, Ndonga led finance operations for Sub-Saharan Africa and served as Country Finance Manager and Financial Planning & Analysis Leader for East Africa and expansion markets.

He also built strong commercial finance capabilities as Sales Finance Manager for both East Africa and Greater West Africa, following foundational experience as a Financial Analyst supporting the Fabric, Grooming and Oral Care categories.
Before joining Procter & Gamble, Ndonga began his professional career at Citi, where he worked as a Business Analyst and earlier as a Relationship Associate, gaining early exposure to financial analysis and client relationship management.
His accumulated expertise in multi-country financial strategy, commercial finance, planning and analysis, and category-level leadership across diverse emerging and developed markets equips him to drive disciplined financial performance and strategic decision-making for the Gulf organisation.
