Since joining Standard Chartered in February 2014, he has overseen critical financial strategies while extending his influence as Regional CFO for Southern Africa. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the bank’s position as a trusted gateway connecting Mauritius to opportunities across Africa and Asia, navigating complex regulatory environments with precision and championing initiatives that align financial performance with long-term economic impact.

Balluck continues to contribute as Chairman of the Financial Reporting Monitoring Panel at the Financial Reporting Council of Mauritius and as an alternate Director at the Mauritius Bankers Association.
