Oracle Corporation has announced the appointment of Hilary Maxson as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
Maxson joins Oracle from Schneider Electric, where she served as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer since 2020. She brings extensive international experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence within the technology and industrial sectors.

Doug Kehring, who has served as Oracle’s principal financial officer since September, will transition out of the finance role and continue as Executive Vice President of Operations, with a focus on strategic initiatives and key operational priorities.
