Bayobab appoints Priscilla Adjei Dorsese as GM for Risk and Compliance

MTN Digital Infrastructure, operating commercially as Bayobab, has announced the promotion of Priscilla Adjei Dorsese to General Manager – Risk and Compliance. Dorsese will continue to report directly to Mazen Mroué, Chief Executive Officer of MTN Digital Infrastructure.

Dorsese brings more than 18 years of extensive experience in audit, risk management, and compliance, gained across the MTN Group and Deloitte. In her current leadership role, she has played a pivotal part in designing, implementing, and embedding enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks across multiple African markets. Her contributions have significantly bolstered governance structures, fostered a robust risk-aware culture, and ensured stringent regulatory compliance throughout Bayobab’s operations.

Before this promotion, Dorsese held several senior positions at MTN Ghana, where she oversaw maturity assessments, business impact analyses, and high-level executive reporting. Her foundational expertise in internal audit has equipped her with deep knowledge in internal controls, compliance testing, and comprehensive enterprise risk assessments spanning various industries.

A qualified accountant, Dorsese holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance from the University of Leicester and a BSc in Accounting. Her professional credentials include ACCA membership, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certification, Certified Risk Specialist designation, Certified Quantitative Risk Management (CQRM), and completion of MTN’s elite FLIGHT leadership programme.
