Atlantic International Corp, a global staffing and workforce solutions provider, announced, the appointment of Kevin J. Murphy as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. The move comes as the company integrates its recent acquisition of Circle8 Group, which has significantly expanded its international presence and boosted its scale.
Murphy, a Certified Public Accountant, brings more than 25 years of senior financial leadership experience to the role. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Division Chief Financial Officer at Hospitality Staffing Solutions, LLC, where he contributed to 17% revenue growth over two years. His background also includes senior finance positions at LexisNexis and ChoicePoint.
The appointment strengthens Atlantic International’s management team amid its transformation into a diversified global platform. The January 2026 acquisition of Circle8 Group, a leading European IT and technology staffing firm, has created a combined entity with approximately $1.2 billion in annual revenue, extending operations from North American light industrial sectors into key European markets.

“Kevin is a seasoned financial executive with deep experience in staffing, private equity environments, and complex operating platforms,” said Jeffrey Jagid, Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic International. “His operational mindset, capital markets discipline, and hands-on leadership style make him an ideal fit as we continue to scale the business.”
Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. Atlantic International primarily operates through its subsidiary Lyneer Staffing Solutions, focusing on sectors such as food production, manufacturing, logistics, and now specialized IT staffing across Europe.
