With a robust career built on progressive leadership in tax, accounting, and compliance, Okunola previously excelled as Manager – Accounting & Tax Compliance at TaxBee Accountants for over two years, honing expertise in financial reporting and business tax. He concurrently undertook a secondment in the same capacity at MSOFT, further strengthening his strategic oversight in complex tax environments.
His tenure as Assistant Manager in Global Compliance & Reporting at EY solidified his proficiency across diverse areas, including tax preparation, corporate tax, income tax, private client tax, tax advisory, tax accounting, and comprehensive compliance solutions. Before that, he served as Tax Manager at CWG PLC, managing tax operations with precision in a dynamic corporate setting.
Okunola’s foundational experience includes roles as Finance Associate at Lafarge Africa Plc, where he contributed to financial operations in Nigeria, and as Associate in Tax Compliance and Reporting at KPMG, building early expertise in rigorous tax frameworks and reporting standards during a multi-year stint.
