Tamale, Ghana – Antoinette Kwofie, Chief Finance Officer of MTN Ghana, captivated over 3,000 students with a powerful keynote address at the Youth Empowerment Summit in Tamale. Speaking under the theme “Amplifying Youth Voices, Building Legacies,” Kwofie urged the youth to embrace resilience, self-discovery, and purpose to shape their futures.

In a packed auditorium, Kwofie emphasized the importance of depth and understanding in overcoming challenges. “Whatever you do, wherever you find yourself, get depth, get understanding, because when you do, you can leapfrog many levels,” she said. Drawing from her own experiences, she encouraged students to stay grounded, resist peer pressure, and let their values guide their choices, regardless of their starting point in life.

Kwofie also highlighted the significance of enjoying life’s journey and maintaining a strong moral compass. “Know thyself, know where you are coming from, and don’t lose yourself to the pressures of the world around you,” she advised. Acknowledging the diversity of faiths among the students, she stressed the importance of belief in navigating life’s challenges.
