Eutelsat Group announced today the appointment of Sébastien Rouge as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective February 1, 2026. Rouge will also join the Group’s Executive Committee, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Jean-François Fallacher.
The appointment brings a seasoned financial leader with over 30 years of international experience to the satellite operator’s top management team. Rouge’s career spans various industrial and technology-driven sectors, where he has built a reputation for balancing execution focus with a long-term strategic vision.
“Sébastien’s deep financial expertise and leadership across complex industrial organizations make him a valuable addition to Eutelsat’s management team,” said CEO Jean-François Fallacher. “His stewardship will be key in supporting the Group’s strategic and operational roadmap, while ensuring strong financial performance across the business and delivering sustainable value for all stakeholders.”
Rouge joins Eutelsat from Imerys, a world leader in mineral-based specialties, where he served as CFO and was instrumental in strengthening the Group’s financial performance and leading its digital transformation.
