Chevron Corporation has elected Uriel “Ose” Oseguera as Treasurer, effective November 1, 2026.

In his new role, Oseguera will oversee Chevron’s treasury organization, covering capital markets, corporate finance, insurance, credit and risk management. He will report to Chief Financial Officer Eimear Bonner. Oseguera currently serves as Vice President of Upstream Business Performance & Finance.

Bonner praised Oseguera’s credentials for the position. “Ose brings an exceptional combination of treasury expertise, global business leadership, and deep company knowledge to the Treasurer role,” she said. “His experience across corporate finance, capital markets, and international business leadership provides a distinctive perspective on risk management, financial discipline, and value creation.

Coupled with strong relationships across the enterprise and sound judgment, Ose is exceptionally well positioned to advance Chevron’s strong financial position and long-term value.”

Oseguera joined Chevron in 1990. Over more than three decades, he has held leadership roles in finance, treasury and planning in Venezuela, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and the United States.

Before his current position, he served as General Manager of Chevron’s Financial Shared Services organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California.

Bonner highlighted Mahajan’s contributions as he prepares to retire. “Throughout his nearly 30 years with Chevron, Navin has been a trusted leader whose expertise, integrity, and commitment have strengthened our company and Finance organization,” she said.

“You could always count on Navin when the challenges were most complex and the stakes were highest. His rare combination of innovation, discipline, and thoughtful decision-making enabled him to navigate complexity, inspire teams and deliver lasting impact.”
