His interventions significantly improved reporting efficiency, reduced the cash conversion cycle from 130 to 100 days, implemented a modern Oracle ERP platform, restructured debt obligations, and delivered annual savings of approximately US$200,000 through the creation of profit-centre accountability structures.

His impact was equally profound as Chief Executive Officer of Laboratory & Allied Ltd., one of Kenya’s notable pharmaceutical manufacturers. Faced with operational stagnation and production challenges, Adamjee spearheaded a turnaround strategy that enhanced productivity, expanded manufacturing capacity, diversified product offerings, and unlocked significant revenue growth. Under his leadership, EBITDA improved substantially while new market opportunities contributed approximately US$10 million in additional annual revenue.
